What is FaceTite?
FaceTite, sometimes called a non-surgical, radiofrequency facelift or rf skin tightening, is a minimally invasive procedure with a fast recovery. It’s a facelift alternative that aims to tighten and contour the skin on the face and neck to dramatically improve skin laxity.

FaceTite before and after results:
The Procedure
The procedure is performed by inserting a cannula (tube) under the skin, which generates controlled heat and passes radiofrequency energy up to the skin’s surface. This creates tightening of tissues and stimulating collagen production.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia taking 2-3 hours, and you can go home and resume regular activities shortly after.
Results
You can expect to see some improvement right away. However, the full effects of the FaceTite treatment will continue to develop as your body produces collagen for 6 – 12 months.
The results of FaceTite are typically long-lasting, up to 5+ years
Recovery
Following the procedure there is some recovery required, with most patients returning to their normal activities after 5-7 days.
Every patient is different but generally patients do not experience too much pain during their FaceTite recovery. However some may experience swelling, redness, and tenderness in the treated area. These side effects are usually mild and resolve on their own within a week or two.

FaceTite, like any procedure, carries certain risks that individuals should be aware of before making a decision.
The most common risks associated with FaceTite include infection, bleeding, scarring, skin discolouration, burns, nerve damage, contour irregularities, asymmetry, prolonged swelling or bruising, and the need for revision procedures. Although rare, complications such as skin necrosis or fat necrosis can occur.
It is essential to consult with a qualified FaceTite specialist, thoroughly discuss the potential risks and complications, and carefully evaluate the benefits and risks before deciding to undergo FaceTite.
What is FaceTite and how long does it last?
FaceTite is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses radiofrequency (RF) energy to tighten and contour the skin. It works by delivering controlled RF energy through a thin probe inserted under the skin, targeting the deeper layers to stimulate collagen production and improve skin laxity. Results vary depending on individual factors such as age, skin quality, and lifestyle habits. In general, results will continue to improve with collagen production for 6-12 months post-treatment lasting 5+ years.
Facetite – when do you see results?
Results from Facetite can typically be seen gradually over the course of a few weeks to months following the procedure as the skin tightens and collagen production increases. However, some patients may notice improvements immediately after treatment, with continued enhancement over time as the healing process progresses. The full extent of results is typically evident within several months post-procedure.
What’s better, Facetite or Morpheus8?
FaceTite and Morpheus8 are two different types of minimally invasive procedures that can help with skin tightening and contouring. FaceTite uses radiofrequency energy to target mild to moderate skin laxity around the jawline, neck, and jowls. On the other hand, Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency to address deeper skin concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scars. If you are interested in getting a Facetite procedure, we recommend that you consult with our MINKST specialist to determine which option would be most suitable for you.
