Patient Experience Team Member – Remote

About the role:

We are seeking a full time team member to join our Patient Experience Team. Our team is a friendly, organised group that plays an integral role in every patient’s journey.

In this role, you’ll support patients from the moment they book and pay for their consultation, through their consultation experience, surgery preparation, post operative care and ongoing recovery. You’ll be a key point of contact, helping to ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their entire experience.

Previous experience in the healthcare industry is not essential, although it would certainly be an advantage. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is highly self motivated, thrives in a collaborative team environment, has exceptional organisational skills, and is genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Main qualities we’re looking for:

Nursing Support – Brisbane

Location: Work from home and occasional visit to Brisbane CBD and Gold Coast Clinic

Employment Type: Part-time or casual – 3 days per week

About the role:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate RN or EEN Nurse to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional pre- and post-operative support to our patients, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their surgical journey.

This is a position primarily based working from home but occasional visit to our clinic in Brisbane CBD. There may also be occasional travel to the Gold Coast clinic and hospital for pre- and post-operative care support as needed.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent people skills, strong clinical knowledge, and flexibility with hours to accommodate doctors and surgery schedules.

Main qualities we’re looking for: 

  • A qualified and AHPRA-registered Nurse
  • Warm, empathetic, and confident communicator with outstanding people skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

About the role:

Our Bookings Specialists are the friendly, organised, detail‑driven point of contact for patients at the beginning of their MINKST journey. You’ll be helping people feel informed, supported, and confident, while managing bookings and enquiries in a fast‑paced environment.

You do not need a sales background to succeed in this role. We welcome applicants from a variety of service‑based industries (healthcare, hospitality, beauty, admin, call centre, customer support, etc.). What matters most is your ability to deliver exceptional customer service, stay organised, and work independently.

Main qualities we’re looking for: 

  • A true Customer Service Superstar who genuinely loves helping people
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Independently motivated, driven, and confident working autonomously (WFH)
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace during busy periods
