At MINKST, we’re dedicated to enhancing the cosmetic surgery experience for our patients. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new policy: a fully refundable consultation fee if you don’t feel comfortable proceeding after your surgery consultation.
How Does It Work?
After your first surgery consultation, you’ll have up to 48 hours to decide if proceeding with surgery feels right for you. If for any reason you’re not entirely comfortable, simply reach out to us, and we’ll promptly refund your surgery consultation fee in full. Alternatively, we can arrange a consultation with another one of our experienced surgeons or doctors at no extra cost.
NO CATCH, NO LOOPHOLES
After 48 hours the consultation fee is non refundable, however you are always in control of your decisions and can change your mind about surgery at anytime. Please see our full refund and cancellation policy here for more information.
When Does It Apply?
Starting from April 1, 2024, our fully refundable consultation fee policy will be in effect for all patients who book a consultation with us.
