Breast Augmentation and Wedge Technique

This patient wanted a fuller breasts and more lifted. She was borderline requiring a Breast Lift but we managed to avoid this with a Breast Augmentation and Wedge Technique. Her implants chosen were 440cc, tear drop, medium profile, over the muscle placement.
