Nursing Support – Brisbane

Location: Work from home and occasional visit to Brisbane CBD and Gold Coast Clinic

Employment Type: Part-time or casual – 3 days per week

About the role:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate RN or EEN Nurse to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional pre- and post-operative support to our patients, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their surgical journey.

This is a position primarily based working from home but occasional visit to our clinic in Brisbane CBD. There may also be occasional travel to the Gold Coast clinic and hospital for pre- and post-operative care support as needed.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent people skills, strong clinical knowledge, and flexibility with hours to accommodate doctors and surgery schedules.

Main qualities we’re looking for: 

  • A qualified and AHPRA-registered Nurse
  • Warm, empathetic, and confident communicator with outstanding people skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable with working hours
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Professional, calm, and reassuring in patient interactions

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing pre-operative education and preparation support to patients
  • Conducting post-operative follow-ups (in clinic and via phone)
  • Assisting with patient assessments and clinical documentation
  • Supporting doctors and the wider clinical team as required
  • Monitoring patient progress and escalating concerns appropriately
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records

Bookings Specialist

Location: Work From Home (Australia‑based)

Employment Type: Full‑time

About the role:

Our Bookings Specialists are the friendly, organised, detail‑driven point of contact for patients at the beginning of their MINKST journey. You’ll be helping people feel informed, supported, and confident, while managing bookings and enquiries in a fast‑paced environment.

You do not need a sales background to succeed in this role. We welcome applicants from a variety of service‑based industries (healthcare, hospitality, beauty, admin, call centre, customer support, etc.). What matters most is your ability to deliver exceptional customer service, stay organised, and work independently.

Main qualities we’re looking for: 

  • A true Customer Service Superstar who genuinely loves helping people
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Independently motivated, driven, and confident working autonomously (WFH)
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace during busy periods
  • Thrives in a structured, service‑focused environment
  • Computer savvy – across Mac computers and Google platforms and a quick learner in CRM based systems

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing patient enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Booking and coordinating consultations and surgery dates
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to patients
  • Maintaining detailed and organised patient records
  • Working closely with the wider MINKST team to ensure a seamless patient experience
