Client surgery goals: Believable, but only just!
Patient Summary
“Believable, but only just!” is a common request from women wanting an augmentation. Of course this can mean different things to different women but working carefully during the consultation we can formulate an operative plan to meet a patient’s expectations. This patient was wanted a substantial increase in size. She could easily have had a “fake look” with a standard round implant. The use of a medium profile implant, shaped wider than it is tall in a sub muscular position gave her the size, the cleavage and the smooth take off at the top of her breasts which is “believable, but only just”
